RCET Nagercoil was not my premier choice for pursuing my B. Tech, but, now after spending more than a year here, I am left with no regrets for my choice. Here, we get what is a full-friendly environment, a better Senior-Junior, and Teacher-Student compatibility and, a No-ragging campus, which allowed us, even in our first year, to have a good say in college.
Talking about academics, the course curriculum of Rohini College of Engineering and Technology (RCET) is as good as any other college; professors are good, helping, and knowledgeable. Extra-curricular activities include sports, techno-cultural programs, and other activities.
Placements are decent, especially for my branch i.e. Computer Science.
The staff, both teaching and non-teaching is very friendly. Apart from studies they also encourage you for sports and other extracurricular activities. RCET, one of the top 10 engineering colleges in Nagercoil in Tamil Nadu, surely provide with many opportunities to grow in life in all possible ways.
Overall, RCET, is a well-reputed institution that focuses on one's all-round development. If you are offered a seat here, do not hesitate to take admission.

Hi guys this is muthu i would like to share my experience about my college life.. My college has very well organized syllabus that aims to prepare students to compete the future business difficulties. Students get good exposure to popular and reputed companies as the department allows them to actively participate in various improving projects.
Most of the teachers in my department is young and updated ,their experience in companies help students to decide their specialization in IT field.
The department also helps while participating in contests by providing participation fee and travel expenses ,it encourages students to explore their talents to outside world. They conduct alumni meeting yearly once and students can interact with them and focus their way…
